  • All data provided is accurate and up to date

You assume full responsibility for the data you upload and its compliance.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee delivery rates, open rates, response rates, or business outcomes. Marketing results may vary based on multiple factors outside our control.

5. Turnaround Times
