Due to the customized nature of our marketing services, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Before Processing Begins

Refund requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided that:

  • The order has not entered processing

  • No work has been initiated

If eligible, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once your order has entered processing, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Postcards submitted for printing or mailing

  • Email campaigns scheduled or sent

  • SMS campaigns scheduled or sent

3. Client Data Responsibility

We are not responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect, outdated, or incomplete contact data

  • Non-compliant email addresses or phone numbers

  • Low engagement or campaign performance

Refunds will not be issued for these reasons.

4. Delivery Disclaimer

We do not guarantee delivery by:

  • Postal services

  • Email providers

  • Mobile carriers

Delays or failures caused by third-party providers are not eligible for refunds.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 3 business days. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded promptly.
